In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, I. Smith Media Suite officially launched.
Combining a lifelong love of creativity with more than 20 years of professional experience, I created a one-stop shop for creative solutions designed to help individuals and organizations bring their ideas to life.

Hello! My name is Irecka (eye-re-ka), and I’m based in Western, North Carolina.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from North Carolina State University, where I studied English, journalism, and adult education. I am also certified in marketing strategy, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and community college instruction.
Beyond my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my husband, Troy, and our children, McKayla, Troy Renée, and Judah. I also love creating and dreaming, whether that means photographing, writing, strategizing, designing, or simply listening to music.
Photography has been one of my longtime hobbies, and I. Smith Media Suite is, in many ways, a reflection of both my professional expertise and personal passions. The suite brings together the skills, creativity, and experiences I’ve developed throughout my career to provide a range of creative and marketing solutions.
Our music and sound services are offered by members of Smith Music Entertainment, a family-owned and operated sound and music entertainment company founded by the Smith and Sanders families in honor of my father, the late Isaiah Smith Jr.
