BOOKING PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Thank you for considering booking with I. Smith Media Suite!
A non-refundable $25 deposit (deposit fee may vary) is due at the time of booking to officially hold your service date. Your session is not guaranteed without this retainer fee. The deposit will be credited towards your services. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

PAYMENT: All services can be paid to your service provider, Irecka Smith (I.Smith), via the following forms:

CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you need to cancel your services, please email, text, call, or send a direct message to I. Smith at least 48 hours before the date of your session. Multiple cancellations may result in a refusal of services. If an agreement is made to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be credited towards the future session.

NO-SHOW POLICY: Please let I. Smith know if you are running more than 30 minutes late for your appointment. Depending on I. Smith's schedule and availability, you may still have a shoot, but it is not guaranteed. A no-show for booked sessions will forfeit the booking of future appointments.

Your booking deposit will be refunded in full if I. Smith needs to reschedule your appointment and a new date is not agreed upon or if I. Smith is unable to render services due to an emergency including but not limited to a fire or other casualty, illness, strike, or act of God.
Please know that your safety and wellness are of the utmost importance. Please reschedule your in-person service if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms as soon as possible. Doing so will guarantee that you can reschedule your services for a later date.
