PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
BOOKING PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Thank you for considering I. Smith Media Suite for your photography needs! I truly appreciate your business and look forward to helping you capture meaningful moments and memories.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable $25 booking deposit is due at the time of booking to officially reserve your service date. Deposit amounts may vary by service. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
The deposit will be credited toward your total service balance. Any remaining balance is due at the time of your session.
You may pay directly to your service provider, Irecka Smith (I. Smith).
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact I. Smith by text, phone, or direct message at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
If an agreement is made to reschedule your appointment, your original booking deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled session.
Please note that multiple cancellations may result in a refusal of future services.
NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you are running more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, please notify I. Smith as soon as possible.
Depending on I. Smith's schedule and availability, your session may still take place; however, completion is not guaranteed if you arrive more than 30 minutes late.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of your booking and may result in the refusal of future appointments.
CANCELLATION BY I. SMITH MEDIA SUITE
Your booking deposit will be refunded in full if I. Smith needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we cannot establish a mutually agreeable new date.
A full refund will also be provided if I. Smith is unable to provide the scheduled service due to an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire or other casualty, illness, strike, or an act of God.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Your safety and well-being matter most.
If you are experiencing cold, flu-like, or other contagious symptoms, please contact I. Smith as soon as possible to reschedule your in-person appointment. Rescheduling due to illness will allow you to move your session to a later date while helping protect the health and wellness of everyone involved.
